Nick has devoted his entire legal practice to counseling and representing individual, corporate, and institutional clients in a variety of matters – from complex litigation and commercial real estate transactions to individual counseling and representation.
Nick has appeared and tried cases before federal and state courts throughout the country in actions ranging from shareholder disputes, employment disputes, high-stakes personal injury actions, and intellectual property litigation.
In addition to his litigation practice, Nick counsels the firm’s clients on numerous transactional matters including employment and separation agreements, commercial contracts and general corporate matters.
