Our firm, Reppert Kelly & Vytell, LLC (“RKV”), was founded in 1994. We are a team of highly skilled and experienced attorneys whose primary mission is to provide our clients with the highest level of legal representation in a pragmatic, cost-effective, and results driven manner. While many law firms are driven primarily by their own bottom lines, we focus first and foremost on what is best for our clients. For this reason, RKV has never advertised. Our firm has been built entirely on referrals and returning and existing clients.
Our areas of concentration include complex business litigation, all corporate law matters, domestic and international, employment law and litigation, intellectual property law, entertainment law, high value personal injury litigation, and corporate and real estate transactional work, and real estate portfolio management.
All of our senior attorneys earned business degrees from top universities prior to attending law school. This background empowers our team to better understand the economic complexities of the disputes we handle and to construct creative and smart solutions that other law firms never consider. While it is always our goal to resolve a dispute as early as possible when it makes business sense, all of our attorneys are experienced trial lawyers who stand ready and able to utilize their courtroom skills, when necessary, to take a case to trial when an earlier resolution is not possible. We try cases and our adversaries know this.
