J. Vincent Reppert, Esq.

Founding Member

For over 25 years, J. Vincent Reppert has represented management and high-level executives in employment matters. He also handles and provides counseling for complex commercial transactions, and first chairs high stakes litigation and arbitrations throughout the United States and internationally.

Vincent is extremely knowledgeable in commercial real estate transactions and employment law. Clients call upon him for his unique ability to structure acquisitions and large development projects throughout the United States and internationally. Vincent also prepares and negotiates comprehensive commercial leases and related finance agreements with participating banks.

Vincent also provides general counsel in the entertainment area. He has assisted with reviewing and greenlighting projects, preparing and reviewing budgets, drafting and negotiating all contracts involved in the production of content, including agreements for talent, crew, directors, writers, financing, licensing and distribution. He also negotiates distribution and acquisition transactions with major and independent studios. Projects have included wide releases as well as cable, television and output deals. He is versed in all media rights and streaming platforms.

Vincent is a seasoned trial attorney and has successfully tried cases to conclusion throughout the United States in state and federal courts. He recently won a verdict which saved his commercial landowner fifty (50) million dollars in a lease dispute. Vincent is a frequent author and speaker on corporate litigation, real estate, and employment law topics. He has been quoted in numerous business and law periodicals.

Prior to his legal career, Vincent received a full athletic football scholarship from Syracuse University and was invited by the New England Patriots as a free agent. Thereafter, he played at the professional level in the Canadian Football League. He now utilizes this background to effectively represent former NFL players to obtain recovery in the Concussion Litigation.

Vincent represents his clients with the same level of detail, discipline, and tenacity as he did throughout his football career.
