Lisa aggressively defends and brings litigation on behalf of her clients. She handled the first bridal industry complaint against Asian based counterfeiters resulting in a large recovery for her corporate client and a permanent shut down of 300+ domains operating e-commerce platforms. She enjoys handling all aspects of intellectual property counseling, including but not limited to licensing agreements, filing trademark and copyright applications, handing USPTO actions and TTAB proceedings. She has handled an infinite number of copyright and trademark infringement claims.
Lisa represents numerous independent film makers in all stages of film productions from inception to development, to financing, post, distribution and licensing, etc. She has been involved in network projects as well as wide releases throughout the country with major and minor studios. Her entertainment clients call upon her for reviewing and greenlighting projects, preparing and reviewing budgets, drafting all contracts involved in the production of content, including talent, crew and directors, writers, financing, licensing and distribution. She handles all negotiations with major and mini studios. She handles all stages of film production including the negotiation and recovery of guild deposits, guild issues and complaints as well as IFTA arbitrations. She has been involved in wide releases as well as broadcast television movies. She is knowledgeable in all media rights especially with all various streaming platforms and rights, SVOD, AVOD, VOD, FVOD, etc. and is constantly staying informed on the ever-evolving media rights.

Previous Employment
Ms. Reppert was hired by Hannoch Weisman, P.C., the largest firm in NJ at the time; and thereafter accepted employment at Fishman & Callahan, P.C. where she was lead counsel and tried over 100 cases and was certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney.
